Highline Public Schools: gifted testing
Highly Capable
Grades K-12Highline reviews data for every student in grades 1-7. All 2nd and 4th graders, plus students flagged by the data review, take a highly capable screener. Families and staff can add information through an online referral form that opens in September; a referral does not by itself lead to testing.
| Test | Grades | Who | When | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Highly capable screener (not named) | 2, 4 | universal, plus students flagged by data review | Fall | source |
