Discovery (Gifted and Talented)
Grades K-12Lake Travis ISD's referral window for grades 1-12 runs from the start of the school year to the end of the first grading period (2026-27: August 12 - October 15, 2026); the kindergarten window opens at the start of the spring semester and runs to the end of the third nine weeks. A parent must complete the referral form, which gives permission to assess. Students can be referred once per school year.
